Recently I had the pleasure of attending a retreat at Loon Lake Lodge and Retreat Centre in Maple Ridge. The retreat was hosted by Michele Labelle and Vickie Petrescu and focused on yoga, ceremony and mindfulness. I was invited to attend and take photos.
